About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a flexible career associate. In this role, you'll work with clients who are downsizing, estate sales, or online auctions, bringing order and calm to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and sort household items, helping clients create a more streamlined living space.
  • Pack and unpack items with care, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Prepare items for online auctions, including staging and photographing them.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, being the comforting presence clients need during challenging times.
  • Lift and move items, getting regular exercise while working (no gym required).
