The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our construction team and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Construction Superintendent with JPJ Staffing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, managing teams of workers, and coordinating with clients and project managers to determine budgets and timelines.

Our goal is to provide top-notch service to our clients while ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other construction management to determine budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
  • Execute project schedules for workers and subcontractors
  • Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary
  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
  • Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient

Requirements:

  • 15 years of construction experience
  • 5 years of construction management experience
  • Training in management and interpersonal communication
  • Professional certificates and/or degrees (not required but a bonus)
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications

Bonus Points:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degrees in construction management, architecture, engineering, or another relevant discipline
