Ergonomics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ergonomist to join our team at Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics. As an Ergonomist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients identify and mitigate work-related risks to quality, productivity, and employee health.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct physical demands analyses and ergonomic risk assessments for various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and production.
- Perform ergonomic assessments using standard analysis tools, applied industrial research methods, and digital human modeling software.
- Develop and implement recommendations to reduce ergonomic risks and improve workplace safety.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as a team lead on specified projects and activities, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Movement Science, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.
- Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE) certification, or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) is an asset.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional global travel.
