Job Description

Intervala, LLC is seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the introduction of new products into our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with multiple departments to ensure seamless product introduction
  • Evaluate product documentation to ensure manufacturability and quality
  • Interface with customers and project teams to resolve any issues
  • Coordinate Design for Manufacturability and Design for Test (DFM/DFT) efforts
  • Manage multiple projects using a controlled phase gate process
  • Develop intelligent solutions to issues and problems
  • Complete customer feedback reports and initiate change requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience
  • Previous project management experience
  • Knowledge of SMT, selective soldering, and wave soldering operations
  • Knowledge of machine shop operations
  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Knowledgeable of ERP systems, preferably Syteline
