Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with guests to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, make change, and provide receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Station Reports: Complete daily station reports, including reports from the parking management system, to ensure accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Ticketing and Parking: Hand out tickets for self-parking, post tickets for self-parking and valet services, and answer requests for items retrieved from cars.
  • Telephone Support: Answer telephone calls from guests and respond to their requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Mathematical Skills: Above average mathematical skills to accurately process transactions and balance paperwork.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a cashier and in the hospitality industry is preferred.
