Job Title: Sales Associate

We are a customer-obsessed, innovative, and dynamic retail company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure pricing and visual standards are met.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
