Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team. As a RN on our team, you'll play a vital role in evaluating patients, creating care plans, and communicating with patients, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs
