About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Agape Care Group, you will be a vital part of our team, providing compassionate care to patients and their families. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our after-hours hospice team, working weeknights from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday to Thursday, and ending on Friday morning at 8 am.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, advocating for their needs and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the hospice care team, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team to provide comprehensive support.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement and access to Agape Care Group's supportive leadership team.
