Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / Rehab Technician to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions to ensure the quality and value of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors to maintain a safe and habitable environment.
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trash pick-up, sweeping sidewalks, and light landscaping.
  • Make ready units for new move-ins, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Avoid safety hazards and ensure compliance with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, co-workers, and management through effective communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
  • Ability to climb up to 40 feet and possess color vision and hearing abilities.
  • High school graduate or equivalent required, with a focus on mathematics and science.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption, or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation.
