Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and third parties.
  • Develop and maintain templates for Pico contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on current and emerging company products, ensuring accurate product descriptions and legal terms in contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, providing expert legal counsel to internal clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Attorney in good standing with a law degree from a reputable law school.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial practice, preferably in a US law firm or in-house.
  • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and autonomously, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal clients and stakeholders.
