We are looking for someone who can prioritize and plan work activities effectively, use time efficiently, and react well under pressure. As a Quality Process Specialist, you will also be expected to treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position, accept responsibility for own actions, and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in your work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business implications of decisions, be able to solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

You will also be required to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

In this role, you will work closely with the team to achieve common goals, communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality activities, and provide recommended process improvements to management.
