Job Overview

The Vice President of Financial Strategy and Analysis (FP&A) will be instrumental in shaping the financial direction and operational excellence of Hoxton Circle. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional services sector, demonstrating a strong history of process enhancement and in-depth knowledge of financial systems.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct the FP&A division, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic long-term planning.
  • Recognize and execute process enhancements to improve the efficiency, precision, and scalability of financial operations.
  • Supervise the deployment, upkeep, and refinement of financial systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient reporting.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to deliver financial insights and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the executive leadership and board, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Evaluate financial performance, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities, and offer actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-achieving FP&A team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a robust background in the professional services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • Proven track record in driving process enhancements and operational efficiencies within an organization.
  • Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel capabilities. Familiarity with specific financial software is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, emphasizing collaboration and results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
