Key Responsibilities
  • Scanning and Data Entry: Accurately scan all paperwork and input data into electronic health records.
  • Record Requests: Complete requests for records for substance use clients in accordance with governing bodies, rules, and regulations.
  • Database Management: Maintain medical records database, input data, and compile information as directed.
  • Audit Reviews: Perform audit reviews on medical records for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Paperwork Processing: Process other paperwork as requested, including school forms, social security forms, FMLA, referral forms, treatment verifications, labs, and other medical tests.
  • Training and Support: Work with and train assigned staff regarding client service records filing/documentation review.
  • Record Storage and Disposal: Maintain off-site storage and dispose of appropriate records according to agency policy.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
