Speedling Inc. Seeks a Skilled National Facilities Manager

We are seeking an accomplished National Facilities Manager to lead our facility maintenance planning, asset inventory, and safety initiatives across all Speedling locations.

This role will involve strategic project planning, capital expenditure management, property lease and insurance requirements, utility spend optimization, vehicle and rolling inventory management, safety compliance, and OSHA regulations adherence.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO/President and the rest of the Speedling team to drive enhanced profitability through consistent quality delivery meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide equipment maintenance leadership using proactive preventative and predictive maintenance methods and systems
  • Manage repairs & maintenance budgets for each facility
  • Oversee CapEx budgeted spending for all facilities and provide strategic input/project management regarding capital planning
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, monitoring and training staff on safety procedures as National Safety Officer
  • Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures
  • Establish systems and controls to encourage multi-site sharing of best practices and ensure compliance
  • Head the committee to maintain adequate insurance and compliance on all property and equipment
  • Review and negotiate all leases of property and equipment
  • Manage all insurance claims and repairs when needed
  • Act as consultant to CEO, supervise ad hoc projects or feasibility studies as requested
  • Travel based on company needs
