Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive fleet surveys and analyze cost-per-mile data to optimize service efficiency.
- Engage with potential clients to expand our National Accounts portfolio.
- Implement processes that align with customer requirements and enhance service quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate service execution as per customer specifications.
- Maintain a professional company image through readiness and teamwork.
- Oversee the logistics of product pickup and delivery, adhering to established schedules.
- Handle invoicing processes for National Accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain service vehicles and equipment in excellent condition, complying with all safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associate's Degree or higher is a plus.
- Experience in tire service or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of the commercial tire industry and related processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
