Job Overview

Rampart Communications Inc is a pioneering company in the field of secure wireless communications. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Systems Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document RF system/subsystem requirements, designs, and block diagrams for novel communications systems
  • Design, build, and test communications systems consisting of RF components such as antennas, amplifiers, filters, etc.
  • Lead prototype and development efforts for demonstrations to showcase Rampart's technology to potential customers
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in RF/microwave design
  • Good working knowledge of mixed-signal RF systems design, especially front-end receiver design, and associated software tools for performing cascade analysis using simulated and measured component data
  • Basic knowledge of data collection, processing, and analysis practices
  • Experience with Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, and Oscilloscopes
  • Digital signal processing (theory, simulation, or software implementation)
  • Experience in Matlab, C/C++, python, etc.
