This role involves assessing program eligibility criteria for individual client requests related to SNAP (food support), Cash Assistance, Healthcare, and various financial aid programs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently research, understand, and apply program policies and regulations as they pertain to applicants.

By joining our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the self-sufficiency of individuals and families within our community. We provide flexible scheduling and remote work options following an initial probationary period.

Qualifications: A High School diploma is required, along with a minimum of three years of clerical, business, or bookkeeping experience. A valid driver's license is necessary. Experience in a social services or human services agency is preferred.

Proficiency in a second language may qualify you for an additional $1.00/hour. We offer an excellent benefits package.
