Key Responsibilities:

• Support participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and nutrition
• Assist participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
• Help participants participate in community activities and enjoy their favorite hobbies
• Work collaboratively with our team to provide individualized supports and services
