We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in the Burlington, NC area.

Job Summary

This full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and a valid SLPA license in North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with students in a school setting and be able to provide support to teachers and staff in implementing effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students with diverse needs, including those with autism, multiple disabilities, and adult living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting or related field
  • Valid SLPA license in North Carolina
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
