Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and equip examination rooms for various procedures.
  • Organize daily schedules and perform necessary clerical tasks.
  • Integrate patient history and previous imaging studies to optimize examinations.
  • Consult with physicians to determine the most appropriate examinations.
  • Provide patient education and support before and after procedures.
  • Adapt examinations to address patient care challenges as they arise.
  • Conduct x-ray examinations while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Evaluate patients for pregnancy prior to exams as necessary.
  • Perform surgical x-ray examinations following established standards.
  • Engage in other patient care activities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year.
  • Knowledge of age-specific care principles.
  • Competency in venipuncture.
  • Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems.
  • ARRT (R) Certification required.
  • Current BLS certification at the time of hire.
