We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment. You will work under the supervision of a radiologist on an as-needed basis and participate in an on-call or standby schedule as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment.
- Image processing, understanding, and using the current RIS and PACS system.
- Working with radiologists on film Quality Assurance, exam clarification, and ECG (as required).
- Patient registration, patient scheduling, and restocking supplies/cleaning.
- Participating in an on-call or standby schedule as required.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (Washington) or Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist License (Oregon).
- Basic Life Support within 1 month of hire.
- Radiologic Technologist Certification required at hire from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Daily use of diagnostic equipment, Imaging and health care computer system.
- Demonstrates customer-focused service skills.
