IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY
EMT Position

Compensation:
$73,395.00 to $101,882.00 based on experience. We are seeking EMTs who are dedicated to providing empathetic, high-quality care and both basic and advanced medical assistance to our patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the most effective response while adhering to established EMT protocols.
  • Apply your EMT expertise with medical tools and techniques, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction apparatus,
and intravenous therapies to deliver advanced medical support.

  • Engage with patients and their families to offer reassurance and information regarding the care being provided.
  • Serve as the EMT team leader, overseeing scene management and unit operations as necessary.
  • Operate the ambulance during emergency responses.
  • Collaborate professionally with all healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
ADDITIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to uphold AMR's reputation and foster strong community ties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
State EMT License
State Driver's License
BLS, ACLS, NREMT-EMT
Driving record in accordance with company standards
Pass Physical Agility Test
Some experience in healthcare preferred.
