Job Description:
In the role of Acquisitions Specialist, you will oversee a pipeline of potential clients, diligently follow up on leads, cultivate relationships with prospective sellers, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow up on phone inquiries; manage all leads generated within our system.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Establish rapport with potential clients and assist them in overcoming objections to finalize agreements.
- Serve as the primary contact for sellers.
- Organize and conduct meetings, negotiating solutions that benefit both parties.
- Utilize the CRM system daily to track progress until deals are successfully closed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
- Acquire industry knowledge to help sustain and enhance our market position.
- Attend necessary business meetings and training sessions.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- High School diploma required; further education is advantageous.
