Job Description:


In the role of Acquisitions Specialist, you will oversee a pipeline of potential clients, diligently follow up on leads, cultivate relationships with prospective sellers, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

This position demands excellent communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and follow up on phone inquiries; manage all leads generated within our system.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients and assist them in overcoming objections to finalize agreements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sellers.
  • Organize and conduct meetings, negotiating solutions that benefit both parties.
  • Utilize the CRM system daily to track progress until deals are successfully closed.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.
  • Acquire industry knowledge to help sustain and enhance our market position.
  • Attend necessary business meetings and training sessions.
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements and Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • High School diploma required; further education is advantageous.
