Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate Key to join our team at Talbots. As a Sales Associate Key, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized styling advice, answering product questions, and making recommendations.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and by creating a positive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, responding to their concerns, and following up with them to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals, and to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, product knowledge, and sales promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and fashion sense, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
