About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at H&M Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience, offering assistance and product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, labeling items with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Inventory Management: Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and stock room, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom management.
  • Point of Sale: Ring up transactions, report and handle all required sales, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags following register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment and contribute to a Best Team.

  • Customer Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find their style.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
  • Teamwork: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job, with a flexible approach to working as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items for a short distance.
