Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
DHR Health is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Trauma Services team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our trauma program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in the emergency department, trauma bay, and intensive care unit
- Collaborate with surgeons, residents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in daily rounds, trauma conferences, and other educational activities to stay current on best practices and trauma care standards
- Contribute to the development and implementation of trauma program policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in emergency medicine, trauma, or critical care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
