Overview

Valet Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Trash Collector to join our team. As an Apartment Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor.

Responsibilities
  • Collect trash from residents' doorsteps and transport it to the onsite trash compactor using a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service to track and document the collection process.
  • Work independently and safely, adapting to changing weather conditions and navigating apartment communities.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. and walk the distance of the property.
  • Use a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app and take required photos.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and safely, adapting to changing weather conditions and navigating apartment communities.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs. and walk the distance of the property.

  • Hourly pay: Up to $20 an hour.
  • Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle using a trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range to compensate for the use of their vehicle.
