CLINICAL OPPORTUNITYThis position offers a remarkable chance for a physician to take a pivotal role in establishing a new healthcare facility.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, be a dynamic team contributor, and have a genuine passion for patient care.This department is currently working on creating a high-quality, efficient service model that includes 1 MD, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians, a Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and additional support personnel. This model fosters a culture centered around patient care and staff well-being.Expected weekly schedule: Monday to Friday with 36 hours dedicated to patient interactions.Clinic operational hours: 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.Utilization of EPIC for medical documentation.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.COMMUNITY OVERVIEWLocated in a small community with a population of approximately 1,900.The clinic is conveniently situated within a reasonable distance from major urban centers.
