Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store presentation team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with company directives and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with store teams to create and maintain visually appealing store displays that maximize sales and drive customer engagement.
  • Utilize merchandising best practices to optimize space and inventory variability.
  • Partner with Field Visual Merchandiser to provide feedback and insights on store, merchandising, and in-store display best practices.
  • Evaluate and understand store KPIs to make commercial decisions and recommendations that drive sales, margin, and turns.
  • Engage in behaviors that align with our customer service standards, providing an outstanding store experience for all customers.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in softlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills based on analytics.
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and working independently.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong conflict management skills and negotiate to resolution.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
