Surgical Services Manager Leader

At Infojini Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead our team in Richmond, VA.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in peri-operative nursing with leadership and management abilities. They will oversee the daily operations of assigned departments within Surgical Services, including departmental support services such as Operating Room scheduling and charging.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with all members of the Healthcare Team, customers, and key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for preparing, implementing, and monitoring operational and capital budgets to ensure sound fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage departmental staff to achieve optimal patient care.
- Oversee departmental products and equipment in a cost-effective manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and promote departmental safety.
- Pursue own professional growth through continuing education and participation in professional organizations.
