Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified individual for the role of King Air Pilot in Command (PIC) based in Fairbanks, AK. This position offers a competitive salary along with an exceptional benefits package, including relocation reimbursement, paid sick leave, and a 401(k) plan with an automatic employer contribution. Work Schedule:
This role operates on a 50/50 schedule, providing access to company-provided crew housing and a company vehicle while on duty. There may also be opportunities for additional compensation through incentives and bonuses.
Core Responsibilities:
- Function as the Pilot in Command, ensuring compliance with all flight operations in accordance with FAR Part 135 and FAA regulations.
- Adhere to Aero Air manuals, directives, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Aero Air safety programs.
- Exhibit reliable and predictable attendance.
- Uphold all Aero Air policies and standards of conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot Multi-Engine Certificate.
- Meet FAA and CAMTS minimum requirements for the position.
- A minimum of 6 months of Alaska/Arctic or equivalent experience.
- Ability to maintain currency in the assigned aircraft per FAR Part 135.
- Completion of factory-approved or equivalent ground and flight training in the assigned aircraft.
- FAA first-class flight physical.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards our mission and clients.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4000 hours of total flight time.
- 2500 hours as Pilot in Command.
- 1500 hours of multi-engine Pilot in Command experience.
- 1000 hours of turbine Pilot in Command experience.
- 350 hours of instrument flight time.
- 350 hours of night flying experience.
- EMS pilot experience is preferred.
