About the Position

We're seeking Assemblers to perform assembly work in a climate-controlled environment. As an Assembler, you will:

  • Operate hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic, and/or electronic assembly.
  • Receive required parts and follow step-by-step diagrams and/or work instructions to assemble and/or reassemble low mix/high volume sub-assembly components.
  • Visually inspect your work prior to the next operation and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform repetitive bench, board, machine, or line assembly operations to produce wiring harnesses per our customer specifications.
  • Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and be willing to train.
  • Support our Company's 5S program to maintain a neat, organized work area, equipment, and supplies.
  • May be required to teardown, clean, repair, rebuild, and reassemble previously built assemblies.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
About the Schedule

This position is 1st shift and will work approximately 6am – 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, 6am -10am on Fridays. Overtime is available based on production requirements.

About the Work Environment

You will be working in a climate-controlled work environment. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Workstations may require standing or sitting for long periods of time; may vary throughout your work day.

About You
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • This is an entry-level Assembler position, requiring no work experience. However, at least 3 or more months of manufacturing-related work experience is preferred.
