Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Support Professional, you will work in a comfortable home setting, providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in recreational activities, such as shopping, bowling, and fishing
  • Use mentoring and coaching skills to teach individuals self-reliance and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the CRSI team to ensure high-quality care and support
