Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the nursing care of assigned patients, ensuring quality patient care and meeting the needs of our patients and their families.
  • Assess patients' physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria to provide individualized care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
