About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at Mango. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our sales team, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge and advice to meet their needs.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets, prioritize customer service, and maintain a high level of store image.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience: 1+ year of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in fashion retail.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team and customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
