Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Internal or Family Medicine and at least 1 year of Hospital Medicine experience. As a Nurse Practitioner Physician, you will work collaboratively with our Hospitalist Team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Examine patients admitted to the ED and coordinate all tests, examinations, and treatments.
- Interact with primary care physicians to develop treatment plans and maintain hospital records and medications.
- Arrange follow-up care for patients once they leave the hospital and prescribe medications as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members to ensure seamless care.
- 1-year experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
- Advanced Practice Nurse NJ state License.
- BLS Certification.
