About the Role:
Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Cancer Treatment Specialist to join their team in Medford, Massachusetts. As a key member of the Oncology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with hematological and solid-tumor cancer diagnoses.

Job Summary:
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering treatments including Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Stem Cell Transplants, and CAR-T, while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and adjusting treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and post-treatment care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
* At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in Oncology or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in oncology care
