Job Overview

At Hyve Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Sourcing Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing commodities to ensure continuity of supply chain, operational flexibility, and high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, MOQs, EOLs, and last time buys
  • Managing supplier performance SLAs and leading quarterly business reviews with key suppliers
  • Driving awareness of alternative products and process changes that impact supply chain and manufacturing
  • Sourcing commodities to ensure continuity of supply chain, operational flexibility, and high quality
  • Coordinating with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure products comply with relevant standards and have necessary country certifications

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated business communication skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
  • Previous experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
