About the Role

Coborn's is seeking a skilled Bakery Department Manager to lead our team of customer service champions. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing your team to achieve department and store goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of bakery department employees
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, whether in-store or through special orders
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising displays to drive sales and meet gross profit goals
  • Evaluate product quality and freshness to ensure the highest standards for our guests
  • Manage inventory levels and order product as needed
  • Assist team members with job duties, including preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and stocking shelves
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
