As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Quick Service restaurants in the Milwaukee, Michigan area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of restaurant managers to ensure exceptional customer service and sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor restaurant performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings that meet customer demands.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and community leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
