Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver - Support Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live well and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
