We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Codeforce360. As a key member of our rehabilitation therapy team, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapy sessions and activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation therapy setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
