Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a skilled pediatric nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. As a pediatric nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • RN or LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
