About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and compassion will enable our patients to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care outcomes

Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
