Job Overview

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns; ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires; maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Retail or sales experience preferred; must be 16 years of age or older; excellent communication skills; excellent customer service skills; able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift); occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift); frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
