Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fitness consultations with new members and convert prospects into clients
- Drive revenue growth of the personal training program
- Sell personal training programs and conduct fitness assessments with members
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Provide tours and sell memberships
- Assist with prospecting
- Prior fitness experience required, ideally with 2 years of management experience
- Personal Training certification/experience preferred
- Must be available to work nights and weekends, including every Saturday
