Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead the Ambulatory Care team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Care team, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical oversight for the Medical Assistant (MA) team, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in daily operational activities, including policy and procedure implementation, and neurology clinical patient care initiatives.
- Assist with coverage as needed, ensuring the balance of clinical work within the patient care pools.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in Ambulatory Care.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and interdisciplinary teams.
