Job Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Night Manager to oversee accounts in an assigned territory, coordinate service providers, and work with the Account Manager on resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with service providers and communicate with the Account Manager any issues that need immediate attention.
  • Make recommendations of service providers for work assignments and inspect buildings to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Organize and maintain records and inventories, and develop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of related experience and/or training in facility management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a solid understanding of basic business math.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Prompt, regular attendance and a flexible schedule to accommodate full-time work hours of 6:00 pm to 2:00 am with potential bi-weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience and facility management/janitorial background.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) and strong Microsoft Office, internet, and email communication skills.
