As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, ensuring the accuracy and security of applicant information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and conduct enrollment appointments, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation of each applicant's information and enrollment date.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and procedures related to PIV card enrollment.
- Provide clear and professional communication to applicants, explaining the enrollment process and required documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management and coordination.
- Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Citizant offers a competitive salary range of $41,800 - $46,200, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
