About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Instructor/PE Coach to join our team at GYMGUYZ Des Moines. As a Group Instructor/PE Coach, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs to students in a local school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality physical education and training programs that cater to various fitness levels.
  • Provide professional instruction and ensure a safe, enjoyable, and encouraging experience for all participants.
  • Monitor and track student progress based on the school's curriculum and requirements.
  • Attend regular meetings with the team to discuss student progress and program development.
Requirements
  • Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • CPR/AED certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
